New Ubin Seafood traces its roots to Pulau Ubin, where the family first served kampong-style seafood from a humble home on the island's north shore in 1986. Today it is one of Singapore's best-loved zi char names, known for pairing wok-fired classics with a few surprises of its own.

The star dish is the USDA Black Angus 'Choice' ribeye (from S$66 for 250g), served with wok hei fried rice, alongside live mud crab in classic chilli and other sauces, fish, prawns, sambal kang kong, claypot tofu, noodles and fried rice. For a quicker meal there are Singapore Heritage sets such as a ribeye rice bowl (S$24), Hokkien mee and char siew wanton mee, plus Garang smoked burgers, and the same store also takes orders for the group's Mak Ko Peranakan, Vijay Banana Leaf and Pink Kat dessert menus.

New Ubin takes orders through its own online store for pick-up from CHIJMES or delivery, with free delivery on orders above S$200; pick a time slot at checkout.
