New Ubin Seafood traces its roots to Pulau Ubin, where the family first served kampong-style seafood from a humble home on the island's north shore in 1986. Today it is one of Singapore's best-loved zi char names, known for pairing wok-fired classics with a few surprises of its own.

Signatures include the US Black Angus ribeye served with wok hei fried rice, the famous Heart Attack Fried Rice, Sri Lankan crabs in a choice of sauces, sambal kang kong and claypot beancurd. Dishes are built for sharing, which makes it a strong choice for family dinners and gatherings at home.

New Ubin takes orders through its own online ordering site for islandwide delivery or takeaway, with free delivery on larger orders. Its restaurant is at CHIJMES, 30 Victoria Street.
