Poke Theory (DUO Galleria)

At DUO Galleria, Poke Theory is on the ground floor at #01-36/37, 7 Fraser Street, in the twin-tower development directly linked to Bugis MRT (East-West and Downtown lines). Bugis Junction, Kampong Glam and the Beach Road offices are all within a short walk.

The bowls combine marinated sashimi with grains, vegetables and crunchy toppings. Aburi torching is free, and the signature range runs from the O.G. Salmon with honey pineapple to the spicy garlic tuna. Snack packs of spiced roasted cashews and smoked almonds can be added on. Build-your-own bowls come in Light and Regular sizes, so you can control the portion.

Ordering direct works through the Poke Theory web store: pick DUO Galleria, choose self-collection or delivery, select a slot and pay online. Poke Theory says it is MUIS halal-certified. For queries, the outlet number is +65 8994 1874. Novena Square and the CBD branches are listed separately.
