ASAP & Co is a Muslim-owned modern smokehouse and steakhouse on Telok Ayer Street, built around smoked meats and premium cuts of beef. Alongside its steaks, the menu takes in brisket burgers, black mussels, fresh oysters, octopus, wagyu tartare, smoked bone marrow, burrata with caramelised figs and grilled Caesar salad, with a list of no- and low-alcohol drinks.
