Poke Theory (Telok Ayer)

Poke Theory's Telok Ayer outlet at 179 Telok Ayer Street is the brand's flagship, about a four-minute walk from Telok Ayer MRT on the Downtown Line. It opened in July 2023 in the former Park Bench Deli space and, at 104 seats, was described by Time Out as the chain's largest outlet; it launched with a free-flow sauce bar. The brand itself began on this street in 2016.

Bowls are built from marinated raw fish, grains and vegetables, with aburi (torched) fish at no extra charge, or sous vide chicken and tempeh for anyone avoiding raw seafood. For office lunches, this branch also takes orders for build-your-own mini bowl bundles of 10 to 30 bowls.
