Poke Theory (Tanglin Mall)

Poke Theory at Tanglin Mall is on level two, unit #02-126, at 163 Tanglin Road, at the quieter western end of Orchard. The nearest station is Orchard Boulevard MRT on the Thomson-East Coast Line, a short walk away.

Each bowl pairs grains or greens with marinated fish, sous vide chicken or tempeh. Signature choices include the vegan Tempeh-tress and Mentaiko Madness, and there are bowl-and-drink bundles if you want a juice with your meal. If you would rather build your own, Light bowls are listed at S$14.50 and Regular at S$17.50, and the fish can be torched aburi-style at no extra cost. Acai bowls are also on the menu.
