Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine (One Holland Village)

Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine grew out of the Hunan Restaurant that opened on Smith Street in Chinatown in 2009, and now runs more than 20 outlets across Singapore. Its restaurant on level two of One Holland Village serves bold, rice-friendly Hunan cooking: the signature Hunan stir-fry pork with Iberico pork belly, 18-second Angus beef stir-fry, golden broth sour and spicy fish, dual chopped-pepper seabass and roasted chilli and century egg smashed eggplant, plus milder dishes such as claypot tofu stew and three-cup chicken. Rice is Wuchang rice, cooked in small batches.

The Holland Village outlet takes orders through Xiang Xiang's own online store, with islandwide delivery (minimum spend S$33) or pick-up at a time you choose. Ordering direct means the full value of your order goes to the restaurant rather than a delivery app.
