Dhaka Foods on Desker Road serves home-style Bangladeshi cooking in Little India at hawker prices. Mutton biryani is S$7 and mutton khichuri S$5 to S$6, and the curry counter has mutton, beef, chicken, duck and fish curries in S$3, S$4 and S$5 portions, plus hilsa fish, bhorta mashes, dal, vegetables and plain rice to build your own plate.

Drinks include sugar cane juice, kopi and teh. Dhaka Foods takes pick-up orders through its own online store with no minimum order, and orders are usually ready in about 15 minutes. It cooks from 6am until 1am, so it works for breakfast through to supper.
