Muthu's Curry (Little India)

Muthu's Curry has been cooking in Singapore since 1969, when founder Ayyakkannu brought his Chettinad-style fish head curry recipe from Tamil Nadu. Now run by his sons and recognised by the Michelin Guide's Bib Gourmand and the National Heritage Board's SG Heritage Business scheme, it is still best known for that tangy, spice-rich fish head curry, served alongside tandoori, kebabs, biryani, breads and Chettinad specialities.

Muthu's takes orders through its own online store, linked from its website and run on its restaurant POS, so you order straight from the restaurant rather than through a delivery app. The online menu covers the signature fish head, starters such as Chicken 65, fish cutlets and crispy gobi, chicken, mutton and seafood curries, butter chicken, vegetables, rice, breads and weekend specials, with pick-up times chosen at checkout.
