Poke Theory (Novena Square)

Poke Theory's Novena branch is at #01-53 in Velocity @ Novena Square, 238 Thomson Road, beside Novena MRT on the North-South Line. The mall's office towers and Tan Tock Seng Hospital across the road keep the area busy at lunch, and this ground-floor unit is easy to reach from the station exits.

Poke Theory is a Singapore brand that has served poke bowls since 2016. Its signature list includes Mentaiko Madness and the O.G. Salmon, and you can build your own bowl in Light (S$14.50) or Regular (S$17.50) sizes, choosing raw, torched or cooked proteins. Acai bowls and cold-pressed juices are sold alongside the poke.

Direct orders are placed on poketheory.com.sg: choose Novena Square as the outlet, then pick-up or delivery and a time slot. The brand states that it holds MUIS halal certification. The outlet's phone is +65 6904 6010. 111 Somerset, a few stops south, is another branch with its own listing here.
