Artichoke Pizza Parlor (New Bahru)

Artichoke, the Singapore restaurant long known for its bold Middle Eastern-inspired cooking, has reinvented itself as a pizza parlour at New Bahru. Slab pizzas include the Dirty Margherita (S$27), beef pepperoni with fermented chilli honey and the Bacon Apple Pie, while round pizzas range from a Talula Hills heirloom tomato marinara to the Crab-onara and the Tropic Thunder with Parma ham and jackfruit.

There are also snacks such as garlic bread, hummus and fried cauliflower, plates including harissa prawn pasta and ox tongue with chips, and a date pudding to finish.

Artichoke takes orders through its own online store, with delivery or pick-up from New Bahru; choose a time slot at checkout. Artichoke is not halal-certified; the menu includes pork.
