NBCB Nothing But Cheese Burger (Orchard Central)

NBCB (Nothing But Cheese Burger) started as a home-based business and grew into one of Singapore's best-known homegrown burger brands, with cheeky menu names and a flagship at Orchard Central. The online menu covers the classic NBCB cheeseburger (S$13.60), the DCB double, Wagyu GCB and GGCB burgers with truffle mayo, the PCB grilled pork burger, CCB fried chicken, the HAHA shrimp paste chicken burger and the WTF fish burger.

Every burger also comes as a rice bowl with short-grain rice, salad and a fried egg, and there are sides such as spicy nuggets, fish bites, onion rings and the potato of the day, plus dips, drinks and kombucha. Group sets include Together Eat (two burgers, a side and two drinks) and a Let's Party set for ten.

NBCB takes orders through its own online store, with islandwide delivery or pick-up from Orchard Central; choose a time slot at checkout. NBCB is not halal-certified, and the menu includes pork.
