On Somerset Road, Poke Theory occupies #01-04 on the ground floor of 111 Somerset, the office and retail block a short walk from Somerset MRT and the eastern end of Orchard Road. It is a convenient stop for workers in the building and for shoppers coming off Orchard.

The menu is built around poke: shoyu or spicy marinated salmon and tuna over rice or greens, with an option to have the fish torched aburi-style. Vegetarians can choose the Tempeh-tress, a vegan signature bowl, and there are acai bowls and cold-pressed juices for something lighter.
