Summer Hill began as a tiny neighbourhood shack at Sunset Way in Clementi, selling French-style roast chicken on paper plates. Led by chef Anthony Yeoh, formerly of the much-loved Cocotte, it has grown into a cosy French bistro at Claymore Connect on Orchard Road, while keeping its warm, family-style hospitality.

The signature is still the golden, burnished roast chicken, joined by French comfort classics such as duck confit, côte de boeuf, French fried chicken and a weekend brunch trolley for dine-in guests.

Summer Hill takes takeaway and delivery orders through its own online store, powered by its point-of-sale system rather than a delivery app, so your payment goes straight to the restaurant.
