Summer Hill began as a tiny neighbourhood shack at Sunset Way in Clementi, selling French-style roast chicken on paper plates. Led by chef Anthony Yeoh, formerly of the much-loved Cocotte, it has grown into a cosy French bistro at Claymore Connect on Orchard Road, while keeping its warm, family-style hospitality.

The signature is still the golden, burnished roast chicken, joined by French comfort classics such as duck confit, côte de boeuf, French fried chicken and a weekend brunch trolley for dine-in guests.

Summer Hill takes takeaway and delivery orders through its own online store, powered by its point-of-sale system. The takeaway menu includes sets for two, such as a roast chicken dinner and a wagyu flank steak set, plus whole roast chickens, French fried chicken platters, duck fat fries and pâté de campagne.

Delivery is limited to within about 5 km of the restaurant on Orchard Road; if you are further away, choose pick-up, or WhatsApp the restaurant if you are sending your own rider.
