Wok Hey's Tiong Bahru Plaza counter is at #B1-113 in the basement of 302 Tiong Bahru Road, linked to Tiong Bahru MRT on the East-West Line. The mall draws residents from Tiong Bahru, Bukit Merah and Redhill, and the outlet runs from 10.30am to 10pm, seven days a week. Being underground, it is a quick detour from the station without going out into the rain.

The concept is simple: a box of fried rice or noodles, tossed in a very hot wok to order. Bases include egg fried rice, Shanghai fried rice and udon, and you can choose a Healthier Edition with extra greens.
