Hei Sushi (Downtown East)

Hei Sushi at Downtown East is on level two of Market Square, #02-334 at 1 Pasir Ris Close, inside the leisure complex that also holds the Wild Wild Wet water park. It suits a meal after a day out at Pasir Ris, and the outlet opens from 11.30am daily.

Run by Sakae Holdings, Hei Sushi serves a fully halal-certified Japanese menu. Look for temaki and aburi salmon, donburi such as salmon ikura and salmon avocado, teishoku sets and party platters for groups. Nigiri, gunkan, maki and sashimi make up the core, with ramen, udon, sizzling hot plates and bentos for heartier meals.
