Hong Ji Claypot Herbal Bak Kut Teh (宏记药材肉骨茶) is a long-running Ang Mo Kio stall known for dark, herbal-style bak kut teh served bubbling in a claypot. The menu covers original and mixed claypot bak kut teh, pig's intestines soup, kidney and liver soup, pig's tail, meatball and sliced lean meat soups, plus claypot braised pig's trotter, braised meat and fen chang.

It takes orders on its own online ordering site, with pick-up and delivery options and time slots chosen at checkout. Add rice, mee sua or yellow noodle soup and classic sides such as youtiao, braised eggs, tau kee and salted vegetables. Ordering direct means the full value of your order goes to the stall, with no delivery app commission taken out.
