Greenland Vegetarian (Kovan)

Greenland Vegetarian (菩提林素食料理) is a vegetarian restaurant on Upper Serangoon Road in Kovan, cooking meatless takes on Chinese restaurant and zi char dishes. The menu includes Bodhi course meals for groups, braised abalone mushrooms, roasted suckling pig and Peking crispy duck made without meat, mala and green peppercorn grilled fish, supreme yam ring, Sichuan boiled beef, signature assam cod fish and claypot three-cup dishes, with homemade tofu, mushroom dishes, dumplings, rice, noodles and drinks.

It takes orders on its own online ordering site, part of the Zi Zai Vegetarian group's platform, with pick-up and islandwide delivery and time slots chosen at checkout.
