Munchi Pancakes (Kovan Heartland Mall)

Munchi Pancakes in Kovan is on the ground floor of Heartland Mall, #01-25/26 at 205 Hougang Street 21, a few steps from Kovan MRT on the North East Line. It sits among the Kovan and Upper Serangoon estates, close to the Kovan food centre.

The shop makes min jiang kueh, also known as apam balik, in classic peanut, coconut, red bean and kaya fillings from S$2.40, along with black sesame and hazelnut. Homemade peanut, black sesame and hazelnut fillings are sold in jars to take home. The signature Munchi pancakes include a kopi gao flavour, and boxes of six minis are available.
