Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine (NEX, Serangoon)

Xiang Xiang Hunan Cuisine traces its roots to the Hunan Restaurant that opened on Smith Street in Chinatown in 2009, and now has more than 20 outlets across Singapore. Its restaurant in the basement of NEX serves the brand's punchy, rice-friendly Hunan dishes: Hunan stir-fry pork with Iberico pork belly, 18-second Angus beef stir-fry, golden broth sour and spicy fish, chopped-pepper seabass and smashed eggplant with roasted chilli and century egg, with gentler options for those who prefer less heat.

The NEX outlet takes orders through Xiang Xiang's own online store, with islandwide delivery (minimum spend S$33) or pick-up from the restaurant. Ordering direct means the full value of your order goes to the restaurant rather than a delivery app.
