A Kitchen (友间厨坊) is a casual Chinese restaurant group with outlets across the west and north of Singapore. Its Bukit Gambir outlet, at the HomeTeamNS golf range on Bukit Batok West Avenue 7, has its own menu led by mala and Chongqing grilled fish, mala and garlic crawfish and mala lamb, alongside sizzling pig knuckle, roast beef, iron-plate chicken gizzards with squid, dry-pot duck head and fish head with chopped chilli.

Beyond the signatures there are cold appetisers, more than 50 home-style stir-fries, soups, dry-pot and pressure-cooked dishes, Dongbei barbecue skewers, and buns, fried rice and noodles.

A Kitchen takes orders for this outlet through its own online store, where you choose delivery or pick-up at checkout, so the full value of your order goes to the restaurant rather than a delivery app.
