Its Junction 10 outlet in Bukit Panjang cooks a long, family-friendly menu that leans towards northern Chinese, Sichuan and Hunan home cooking: the signature Northeast one-pot meal with steamed buns, iron-pot braised goose, sweet and sour pork, squirrel fish, Chongqing and mala grilled fish, Beijing lamb spine hot pot and mala crawfish, plus cold appetisers and simple vegetable stir-fries.

A Kitchen takes orders through its own online store for this outlet, where you can choose pick-up or delivery at checkout, so the full value of your order goes to the restaurant rather than a delivery app. Larger dishes are made for sharing, which makes it a handy option for family dinners at home.
