Gyushi (The Star Vista)

Gyushi's Buona Vista outlet is in The Star Vista at 1 Vista Exchange Green, the curved mall a short walk from Buona Vista MRT on the East-West and Circle lines. The one-north offices and the Rochester and Holland Village areas are close, and The Star Theatre is in the same building.

Gyushi is a rice bowl specialist. Its torched Australian grain-fed wagyu bowls come original, mentaiko or truffle, and there are also roast beef bowls, tori karaage and a golden truffle mushroom bowl for vegetarians. The cheapest bowls are the Hokkaido gyudon, from S$7.80.

Direct orders go through gyushi.atlas.kitchen, where you pick Star Vista, then delivery or pick-up and a time slot. Registered users can try the TRYGYUSHI code for a first-order discount.
