At Jem, Wok Hey runs kiosk #B1-K10 in the basement of 50 Jurong Gateway Road, connected by link bridge to Jurong East MRT, the interchange for the East-West and North-South lines. Hours are 10.30am to 10pm daily, and the Jurong Gateway office towers are a short walk away.

Wok Hey is a local stir-fry chain whose boxes of fried rice and noodles are cooked to order. Bases include egg fried rice and udon, and toppings run from grilled chicken to crab. Healthier Edition versions swap in more greens, and seasonal specials rotate through the year, such as a truffle fried rice with bratwurst for Christmas 2025.
