A Kitchen (Superbowl, Taman Jurong)

A Kitchen (友间厨坊) is a casual Chinese restaurant group with outlets across the west and north of Singapore. Its Taman Jurong restaurant, in the Superbowl Jurong building on Yuan Ching Road, cooks a family-friendly menu of northern Chinese, Sichuan and Hunan dishes: the signature Northeast one-pot meal with steamed buns, iron-pot braised goose, sweet and sour pork, hot pot with sauerkraut, squirrel fish, Hailar lamb ribs and Hunan-style stir-fried pork.

There are also cold appetisers, simple vegetable stir-fries, soups, a long list of barbecue skewers, and dumplings and fried rice to round off a meal.

A Kitchen takes orders for this outlet through its own online store, with islandwide delivery (minimum spend S$17) or pick-up from the restaurant, so the full value of your order goes to the kitchen rather than a delivery app.
