Poke Theory (One@KentRidge)

The Kent Ridge branch of Poke Theory is on level two of One@KentRidge (#02-02/03), 1 Lower Kent Ridge Road, the building attached to National University Hospital and close to Kent Ridge MRT on the Circle Line. The NUS campus is a short bus ride away.

Poke Theory began in Telok Ayer in 2016 and serves poke bowls with raw, torched or cooked proteins. Choose a signature bowl at S$18.50 or build your own, and add acai bowls or cold-pressed juices if you like. Proteins can be swapped for sous vide chicken or tempeh, and the vegan Tempeh-tress is a signature option.

To order direct, use the brand's online store and select Kent Ridge as your outlet, then pick-up or delivery and a time slot. The money goes to Poke Theory rather than to a delivery platform. Poke Theory says it is MUIS halal-certified, and the outlet can be contacted on +65 8865 3195. Wok Hey also has an outlet in One@KentRidge.
