What we collect

• Visitors: we do not require you to create an account to browse. Our hosting and analytics tools may collect standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring site.
• Restaurants submitting a listing: business name, contact person, email, phone number, address, ordering links and any other details you provide in the submission form.
• Contact enquiries: your name, email address and message.

Orders are not placed with us

OrderDirect is a directory. When you click an Order Direct button you leave our site and order from the restaurant's own website or platform. We do not receive or process your order, delivery address or payment details. The restaurant, and any ordering platform it uses, is responsible for that data under its own privacy policy.

How we use data

• To publish and maintain restaurant listings.
• To respond to enquiries and verify listing details.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.

We do not sell personal data.
