A Kitchen (Goldhill Centre, Novena)

A Kitchen (友间厨坊) is a casual Chinese restaurant group serving northeastern (Dongbei), Sichuan and Hunan cooking. Its Novena outlet at Goldhill Centre leads with Chongqing and mala grilled fish, alongside Dongbei classics such as the northeast one-pot meal, iron-pot braised goose, guo bao rou sweet and sour pork and squirrel fish.

The menu also runs to cold appetisers, more than 20 home-style stir-fries, Sichuan and Hunan dishes, dry-pot and pressure-cooked dishes, soups, mala tang, Dongbei barbecue skewers, and fried rice, noodles and dumplings, so it works for a solo dinner or a group order.

A Kitchen takes orders for this outlet through its own online store, with islandwide delivery (minimum spend S$7) or pick-up; choose at checkout.
