A Kitchen (Jalan Kayu)

A Kitchen (友间厨坊) is a casual Chinese restaurant group serving northeastern (Dongbei), Sichuan and Hunan cooking. Its Jalan Kayu outlet has one of the group's widest menus, with Hailar lamb ribs, Chongqing grilled fish, the northeast one-pot meal, iron-pot braised goose, squirrel fish and guo bao rou sweet and sour pork.

Beyond the signatures there are cold appetisers, more than 30 home-style stir-fries, Sichuan and Hunan dishes such as mapo tofu and Hunan stir-fried pork, dry-pot and pressure-cooked dishes, soups, barbecue skewers, and fried rice, buns and dumplings.
